One of the big findings of positive psych is how much gratitude or thankfulness contributes to the sense of wellbeing.  I am so, so thankful to my incredible husband Ben who has made all the blog changes possible!

Take a quick moment to think of 3 things you are thankful for!


I am also so thankful for a magic ‘holiday day’ when the family caught the train from Victor to Goolwa and then had a great cycle home along the beautiful coast line where we saw whales and playful dolphins!

  1. Just a comment on being thankful for simple things.. Hanging out the clothes today and feeling the warmth of the winter sun on my back , while also watching 2 lovely pelicans lazily circling overhead enjoying the sunshine themselves!! A real’ time to stop and smell the roses’ moment.
